Finally, a class for everyone!

Come for an hour of fun and fitness! Taught by our fitness instructor, Sue Hughes, the class consists of low-impact cardio for your heart, resistance training with weights or bands to increase bone density and muscle strength and stretching to enhance flexibility.

THE FUN IS ON MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS

FROM 8:00 TO 9:00 A.M.

We welcome individuals of all ages and fitness levels!

Cost: $56 for 4 weeks (8 classes total)
